Gongs & Bowls Meditations

Elena and Khabu are seasoned musicians, improvisers and composers and have been making music together since 2009. Their approach to playing, and their natural curiosity, eventually brought them into the world of sounds that Khabu’s gongs and Elena’s crystal singing bowls create in a continuous exploration of intertwining vibrations and new atmospheres.

Please join us every first Monday of each month

at the Altona Grange Hall in Longmont, CO.

Doors open at 6:30pm to settle in. We begin at 7:00pm. Bring your own mat/cushions to recline.

Chairs and herbal teas provided. Donations welcome.
